Step 1: Download Jio F120B Flash File

The stock NeedRom (ROM) must match your exact model. Download it from a trusted source like:

• NeedRomFile.com

• GSMHosting

• NeedROM

Search for "Jio ROM" and download the latest version.

Step 2: Install USB Drivers

To allow your PC to detect the Jio F120B in flash mode, install:

• MediaTek USB Drivers (if the phone has a MediaTek chipset)

• Qualcomm USB Drivers (if it uses a Qualcomm processor)

Step 3: Download and Set Up Flash Tool

Depending on your phone’s chipset, use one of these tools:

Extract the tool and run it as administrator.

Step 4: Load the Flash File into the Tool

1. Open Flash Tool.

2. Click "Scatter-loading" and select the scatter file from the Firmware folder.

3. Ensure all partitions are checked.

4. Click "Download".

Step 5: Connect Your Phone in Flash Mode

1. Power off your Jio Phone.

2. Press and hold boot Key to enter Download Mode.

3. Connect the phone to the PC via USB.

Step 6: Start Flashing

• The flash tool will detect the device and begin flashing.

• Do not disconnect until the process completes (green tick in SP Flash Tool or "Download Complete" in QFIL).

• Once done, disconnect and restart your phone.

Step 7: Set Up Your Phone

After flashing:

• The first boot may take 5-10 minutes.

• Go through the initial setup.

• Restore your backup if available.

   • Research Download Tool → For Spreadtrum (SPD) models.
